
PayChum is a fintech platform that aims to make it easier for users to manage their finances and make payments on the go. It aims at giving people a comprehensive overview of their financial situation, while at the same time promising low charges and a quick customer care feature to aid our users.
Many people find it difficult to manage their finances and complete simple transactions due to the inconvenience and time required to visit a bank in person. This can lead to financial stress and hinder progress towards long-term financial goals. To breakdown the problems, they are as follows: Hassle of physically having to go to the bank. Unnecessary charges by the bank, which prevents one from achieving their financial goals. Difficulty when trying to complete online transactions.
PayChum offers the following, as solutions: A convenient, online platform for managing finances and completing transactions on the go. A clear overview of users' financial situation, including the ability to link multiple financial accounts. Budgeting tools and resources to help users track their spending and set financial goals. Customer support to answer any questions or address any issues users may have while using the app.
In order to gather insights from our users, we conducted a series of surveys using Google Forms. We received over 100 responses, which allowed us to understand the pain points and frustrations of our users. This helped us empathize with them and identify areas where we could improve the app to better meet their needs. The results can be found below;
